Use of the Service
Freedom Fit OFallon LLC ("Freedom Fitness", "we") provides tools for class booking, training history, run tracking, coach operations, and member account management. You agree to use the service for lawful purposes, keep your account information accurate, and avoid interfering with gym operations, other members, or the systems used to provide the service.
Community Guidelines
Freedom Fitness chat, the Run Club activity feed and leaderboards are shared with other members, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech or slurs, sexual or explicit content, spam, or anyone else's private information. Messages with restricted language are blocked automatically. To report a message, press and hold it in chat and choose Report; to report a Run Club activity, open its menu and choose Report. You can block a member the same way: a block hides their messages, activities and leaderboard rows from you in every program, and our staff are notified. Our staff review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these guidelines, and suspend or permanently remove the accounts responsible. You can delete your own messages at any time. Fitness And Health
Fitness activities involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether classes, workouts, run tracking, training plans, and related activities are appropriate for you. You should consult a qualified medical professional when needed and tell our staff about relevant injuries, limitations, or health considerations before participating.
Payments
Memberships, classes, and other purchases may be completed through Stripe or at the front desk. You are responsible for the purchases, subscriptions, fees, and taxes associated with your account. Access to paid services may depend on billing status, membership state, and gym policies.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
